It has alot of benefits. At first, I was embarassed to even go on this site because I didn't want others to feel that I am not overweight and don't need the help. But in my eyes, I want to be healthy and be comfortable and confident with my body. So here I am and this is how I started: -I joined the group on on Sept 2009 at age 28. Currently 30yrs old -Height: 5' 2.5" (I will not claim 5'3 because I don't feel that I am that tall and I won't claim 5'2 either cuz I know I am taller then that. ) haha **9/2009 -Starting weight 130 lbs -Siblings: 5 sisters, 1 brother -Pet: Dog name Kuky, Female, 8 1/2yrs old, Pekingese Terrier. Within the 1yr time frame from 9/09-9/10, I was able to lose weight from jogging, doing TKB, and Muay Thai. I was at 118 lbs. The best weight and health I have ever been in. I actually felt really good about it too. Unfortunately that didn't stay long. I stopped going on LS for 6 mos and stopped working out for almost a full year. Holidays does not help either.
