我今年29岁，结婚快4年了，还没有孩子。我一直是一个大女孩，甚至在我小时候参加了许多活动(各种舞蹈课- 10年的价值，空手道，保龄球，t-ball/棒球…等等)，并定期去看营养师。我已经决定受够了，是时候改变了!我过去试过，并且成功地取得了不错的成绩，但是我从来没能阻止它!它总是回来……的复仇。__________________________________________________________已经7个月开始我的旅程,到目前为止,我已经失去了接近110磅! !我非常兴奋，并且对生活有了新的看法:)我希望在夏天之前能再减掉25 - 40磅，并计划一个周末购物来奖励自己!干杯! !__________________________________________________________最近有点偏离轨道和我妈妈去世的7月7日…安息吧，妈妈，等事情解决了我会回到正轨，让你骄傲的!我爱你。 _________________________________________________________ Well it's been quite the while since I've been around here. I seem to have lost touch with my WL Buddies sadly and have had some health issues that prevented me from losing weight (Dr's orders) but now I'm ready to get back on track. My first step is surviving the holidays then it's full fledged next year. I'm ready to get rid of the last 25-30 pounds and get the extra skin removed from various areas of my body. Here's to 2012!!
