I'm not making an excuse, I'm confessing: my health took a back burner to school and work and having a good time. So I'm back for round two. This time I already have my LS support system built up (I've missed you all), I also follow Taralynn's blog "Undressed Skeleton" for healthy meals and motivation! Let's do this! I used to be a steak and potatoes kinda girl. Now I'm a chicken and steamed veggies chick. It's not as bad as I would have imagined! : ) If I hadn't made the changes in my life I know I would be on the fast track to being very obese and miserable.
