I can't believe it!!! Monday, June 18, 2012 I'm at 214 pounds today. 2 pounds away from 100, WOW!!! I am going to have to go off of this cleanse soon and back to eating. Friday, June 15, 2012. Ohhhhh myyyyyy goodness, I saw it this morning, 216 pounds. Holy bananas I can't believe it. I'm going to lose it when I get to 100 pounds lost FOREVERRRRRR, NEVER EVER to be found again. They can stay lost. Wednesday, June 13, 2012 Weighed in this morning at 220, 92 pounds lost!! Come on 8 pounds left, LEAVE ME!!! Friday, March 23, 2012 Wow, what a week. Intense training with suspension and kettle bells and of course, boot camp. At 234, it's falling off of me and I love it. 245 on Monday and 234 today, 11 pounds in 5 days, love it. Watch out next week, I'm coming to get you. Wednesday, March 21, 2012 Was at 245 on Monday, at 240 today. Here we are again. Maintaining and losing 1 here and there. Stepping it up AGAIN, hoping to lose more than 1 this week. Monday, March 19, 2012 Enough messing around, let's do this. Weighing in at 245, go away 240's. Wednesday, March 14 & Thursday, March 15, 2012 Tried suspension on Wednesday and Kettlebells on Thursdays. WOW, what a couple of workouts, harder than the bootcamp but AWESOME!! What a feeling!!!! Monday, February 20, 2012 Weight is at 240. Monday, February 6, 2012 I was at 255. 15 pounds lost in 2 weeks with this new exercise and food plan at the gym. I love it. Keep it up me!! Monday, February 13, 2012. 8 pounds lost this week and back to my before Christmas total of 70 pounds, LOST FOREVER!! Off of my few months slump, finally!!!! Last Monday the trainers at my gym and I changed things up. We're trying an elimination diet and tougher workouts, adding raw apple cider vinegar and cod liver oil to my diet, ewwwwww. Nothing was happening for months even though I was eating properly most of the time and working out with them 3-8 hours a week. Obviously I am stronger, my measurements were changing, clothes were fitting differently and things were moving around but the scale wasn't moving. Lovely scale!!!! Now, it's working. I'm so happy and so motivated. Monday, February 6, 2012. Here we are again. Nothing has really happened for months now. Still going to the gym, drinking water, watching what I eat (at times). Well, I'm back at it hard starting today and tonight. New program at my gym and back at proper eating (ALL THE TIME). Let's see how this goes. Monday, September 12, 2011 It's been slow lately but I'm still losing. 70 pounds lost since March of this year, woohoo. I hope to hit 100 pounds lost by Christmas, secretly, hoping for earlier than that. Thursday, August 25, 2011 I can't believe it, I'm in the low 240's about to leave them and get into the 230's. I haven't see the 230's for about 10 years and about 20 before that, WOOHOO!!!! I'm 1 pound away from 70 pounds lost since March of this year, WOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!!! Monday, August 22, 2011. Did one of my 5 weekly bootcamp/sessions and was able to do 10 man pushups. I could never do them before the bootcamp started in April and that was one of my mini goals. I was able to do 3, then 5, then 8 and on Monday they said do "10" and I did, woohoo!!!!! ------------------------------------------------------ April 3, 2011 I'm starting a very strict boot camp on Monday, April 11, 2011 for 12 weeks and I CAN'T WAIT!!! Everything is organized and watched carefully. I have to go to the gym a minimum of 3 times a week with a trainer, take protein powder, vitamins, weigh in once a week. There will be once a week sessions and information classes. It's going to be awesome. Last time they did this the top loser was a man (men lose more) and he lost 88 pounds. The next highest was a woman who lost 44 pounds in the 12 weeks. There will be tons of exercise. There is an option to go to the gym with a trainer up to 5 times a week, but they suggest you see how you feel after 3 times a week. I'm so excited, I can't wait. More "painful", lol, details to come. WEEK 1 - April 11 to April 17 I went to the gym with a trainer 5 times the first week, awesome! I hurt so much Tuesday and Wednesday but it was a good hurt. Sitting down and getting up - ohhhhh the pain/burn. Love it!! Lost 12 pounds this first week. WOOHOO!!! WEEK 2 - April 18 to April 24 Weighed in tonight (April 18) and it's confirmed, I lost 12 pounds the first week. I am going to go the gym with a trainer 5 days again this week. I love it. FEEL THE BURNNN!!!!! Week 2 was going well until I got sick and was in bed for almost 3 days. Didn't eat much and of course no exercise. My metabolism went poof!!! WEEK 3 - April 25 to May 1 Still into this Boot Camp and loving it. I got to the gym 5 times this week with a trainer. I've been 14 out of 15 times, LOVE IT!! I think I'm going to have a good weigh in on Monday, April 2, 2011. Will let you know!!! : ) WEEK 4 - May 2 to May 8 It's the start of week 4 and I'm still going strong. Go away unwanted pounds! Let's do this! I'm doing this! I did it again, went to the gym 5 times with a trainer this week, that's 5 hours being abused and beaten up, kidding, I loved it. The burn is awesome. Weigh in tomorrow. I feel like I'm down, the scale says I am down a little. We'll see. Only down 1 pound which is alright. The good news: we were all measured tonight and I've lost 19 inches, woohoo!!!!! Week 5 - May 9 to 15 Start of week 5. As above, measured and weighed in on Monday, May 9th, 2011, 4 weeks after starting boot camp. Down 17 pounds and 19 inches...ya Baby!!! :) Not much happened this week. I tried to cheat but couldn't except for 2 jalepeno poppers and some BBQ sauce on my chicken. Was going to have a Big Mac but after losing 19 inches, it wasn't worth it to me. Week 6 - May 16 to May 22 Weighing in tonight, woohoo, looking forward to it....I think. 3 pounds down, total of 20 lost since April 11, 2011. WOOHOO!!!! As of today, Thursday, I went to the gym again 4 times with a trainer and will again on Saturday. No training on Monday because of the holiday. Did 5 days at the gym again this week, was awesome. 6 weeks, 5 times at the gym (1 missed due to illness), 29 days at the gym in 6 weeks, LOVE IT!!! Week 7 - May 23 to May 29 May 23, no weigh in tonight because the class was moved to the first week in July. Did 5 days at the gym last week and cut grass for an hour, walked, chased kids, hopefully it will make for a good weigh in tomorrow. Only 4 days at the gym with a trainer this week, GO DOWN SCALE!!!! Didn't weigh in until Wednesday, May 25, 2011 instead of Monday due to the holiday. Scale says I'm down 2 pounds but will double check in the morning. If so, that's 22 pounds lost FOREVERRRRR!!!!!! Week 8 - May 30 to June 5 Going to go to the gym 5 times again this week. Didn't have a weigh in tonight I guess because we did last Wednesday instead of Monday since it was a holiday. I stepped on the scale and I was the same as last week, boo hoo. Maybe by Wednesday when we weigh in, I will be down a few :) Yes, I weighed myself on Wednesday and I was down another pound. 23 pounds lost FOREVER. Next week we weigh in on Wednesday and get our measurements again. Last time I was down 19 inches so we'll see what happens this week. LOVE IT!!!! Week 9 - June 6 to June 12 Start of week 9, I can't believe it. It was going slow at the start and now it's flying by. We'll see what the scale says tonight. Been behaving 100%. Just a little bit of ketchup on my eggs here and there. I don't record everything I eat every day because I am doing it offline on a journal for the boot camp. Gets a bit boring recording it 2 times everyday. I am definitely behaving and I think it will show on the scale tonight. Bring it on!!!!! Wednesday, June 8, 2011 - getting weighed in and having measurements taken again in 2 hours, WISH ME LUCK!! I will be back later with the results!!! WOOOOOOHOOOOOO. I lost 7 pounds in this past week, so that's 30 pounds lost now since April 11, 2011. WOOHOO. They did measurements and I lost another 5 inches, so that's 24 inches as well since April 11, 2011. 4 weeks left, have to work harder!!! Week 10 - June 13 to June 19 We weighed in tonight even though we just did on Wednesday, so it's only been 5 days BUT........I lost 2 more pounds, woohoo!!!!! WOW, what a workout (Sat. June 18/11). I pushed myself harder than I ever have because I know the final weigh in and final boot camp training is coming to an end. 68 days in and 18 to go. I never thought I would make it but I'm so excited to have been able to have done this but sad it's over soon. We're going to keep going through, it's an agreement we've all made. It won't be intense but we're going to try. I feel wonderful and on top of the world right now. I actually did 8 real push ups, on my toes, not my knees....WOOOOHOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Week 11 - June 20 to June 26 Had our weigh in tonight at the gym and I lost another 3 pounds, woohoo!!! That's 35 pounds lost since starting the boot camp on Monday, April 11, 2011. Week 12 - June 27 to July 4 Weighed in tonight (June 27) and I lost another 2 pounds, WOOHOO!!! I can't believe it, that's 37 pounds I have lost since starting this Boot Camp on Monday, April 11, 2011. It's over next week and I hope to lose another 3 pounds so I can get to 40 pounds lost!!! DO IT!!! DO IT!!!! DO IT!!!!!! Kind of sad that the boot camp is coming to an end next week. I've met some very nice people and we are going to stay in touch after. We are continuing 3 times a week with a trainer, but no weigh ins, motivational speakers or strict diets. We're on our own now, yikes, scary. WE/I can do it!!! Saturday, July 2, 2011. Today was our last Saturday boot camp with our favourite trainer (D). He was awesome and had me doing things I could NEVER do before and some I have never even tried. I took a peak at the scale and it looks good, we'll see Monday and then Wednesday for our FINAL weigh in. Sunday, July 3, 2011. Tomorrow is our LAST day with a trainer and then rest until Wednesday for the big finale weigh in, measurements, body fat and "after" picture. Can't wait. Monday, July 4, 2011. Last boot camp tonight was awesome, worked us hard. Had a pre-weigh in and have lost 5 pounds this past week which is 42 pounds lost FOREVER. WOOHOO!! Final weigh in, measurements, after picture and body fat in 48 hours...Wednesday. Can't wait. The gym is going to continue training for us after this ends 3 days a week, but the boot camp is officially over Wednesday. No more weigh ins, no more motivational speakers, no more measurements, just proper eating and training with a trainer 3 days a week,,,,love it!!! FEEL THE BURNNNNN!!!!! Tuesday, July 5, 2011. No working out until after our weight in tomorrow night. Apparently it will bulk up our muscles and make them swollen for our picture and we don't want that. Wednesday, July 6, 2011. It's here, the night we get our final measurements, final weigh in, final body fat percentage and final "after pictures". I lost 46 pounds and 38 inches since April 11, 2011. WOOHOO!! Love it. I want to lose another 20 - 40 pounds by Halloween. I CAN DO IT!!!!! I need to lose a minimum of 100 pounds in a healthy and proper way. Best of luck to everybody. I need to lose 10 pounds 10 times. This doesn't sound so impossible when I hear it this way. I lost quite a bit of weight 2 1/2 years ago on these sites and have managed to put some of it back on. Lost more in September 2010 and now, I'm starting new again this week (March 9/11) and will do it. I am starting new and improved, AGAIN, lol.
